Okay, I told myself I wouldn't do this, but curiosity keeps prodding me along...

Question:

If you were at a party at someone else's house, be it friend or neighbor or relative, would you turn off the music the host had put on and turn on the television?

(Yes, this happened during my party. I unscrewed the cable after the second time.)
